Online courses are a unique feature of the International House of Reiki's teachings.
In order to make their teachings as accessible as possible to the the global Reiki community and the public in general, a variety of courses have been developed and continue to be developed by the International House of Reiki's founders Frans and Bronwen Stiene.
Some of the online courses work in a similar way, with the practitioner receiving courses via their email address on a regular basis - the regularity depending upon the program's set-up. Practitioners are requested to work on themselves using these teachings during the online course timeframe and sometimes once the programs are finished as well.
Other online courses are taught via teleconference or live streaming video taking advantage of the most modern forms of communication available on the Internet today.
All the teachings focus on developing one's healing abilities and/or spiritual development.
